@inter·punct has the ability to restrict emojis so only people with certain roles can use them.
emoji restrict
Usage: ip!emoji restrict@role list
Permissions: runner needs manage_emoji, I need manage_emoji.
restrict an emoji so only people with one of the specified roles can use it
emoji unrestrict
Usage: ip!emoji unrestrict Optional
Permissions: runner needs manage_emoji, I need manage_emoji.
unrestrict an emoji so anyone can use it
emoji inspect
Usage: ip!emoji inspect
