messages set goodbye
Usage: ip!messages set goodbye #channel message...
Permissions: runner needs manage_bot.
set a message to show when someone leaves the server. use {Name} and {Mention} to include people's usernames/mentions
ip!messages set goodbye #welcome
Goodbye {Name} ({Mention}), we will miss you!
Goodbye {Name} ({Mention}), we will miss you!
