Ticket Setup

Basic Setup

To set up tickets, you need 1 empty category and optionally 1-3 channels for logging. Something like this:

Configure the permissions of the category to not allow @everyone to view. Make sure
@inter·punct still has permission to view it though. Like this:

You can also add in any additional permissions you need, for example if you want
@✅︎ Score Verifiers to be allowed to help with tickets, also set:

Once you have the category set up, tell Interpunct about it.
you
ip!ticket category RANK REQUESTS

If anything is wrong,
@inter·punct will tell you what needs changing.
Now, create an invitation message. Users will react to this message to create a ticket. Something like this:
you
React :mailbox_with_mail: to request a rank.

:mailbox_with_mail:
1

Right click or Tap and Hold on the invitation message and select "Copy Message Link". Desktop screenshot:

Paste it like this:

If anything is wrong,
@inter·punct will tell you what needs changing.
Next, set a welcome message:
you
ip!ticket welcome Send messages here

Tickets are set up. To try it out, click the reaction on your invitation message. If you haven't added one yet, add one and then click it after
@inter·punct replaces it.

For logs like this:
